I came to the store today and there was the sign that from 22.06.2022 the opening hours are from 1 PM to 3 PM. I was just about to leave when an employee came with a key and unfriendly said: "You have to go inside if you want something." Although I first asked him what the opening hours were about. Not necessarily what one expects. When I wanted to duplicate a basement key (just a normal one, without a stamp or special features), they wanted to charge me €30.50 for it. I asked a locksmith in a neighboring city via WhatsApp and they said the key would cost a maximum of €10. So I wonder if they just wanted to sell the most expensive option to the customer or why the posted list says €8.

I had locked myself out. I got an appointment two hours later on short notice. Very friendly staff. The technician worked quickly and explained the problem to me. Everything was resolved quickly. Price-performance very good. Always happy to do it again.
